Goethes Gelegenheit

Transparency

Leading in Truth and Trust

Every leader faces the question: How much should we share? When does transparency serve the body, and when does it burden it? Where does wisdom end and secrecy begin?

Drawing from Scripture, church history, organizational research, and decades of ministry experience, this book guides pastors, area coordinators, and missions leaders through the complex terrain of openness in ministry. You’ll discover why integrity—not transparency—is the starting point, how to discern what should be shared and with whom, and how to build cultures where honesty flourishes without becoming weaponized.

This isn’t a policy manual with ready-made answers. It’s a framework for wisdom, grounded in Apostolic theology and tested in real ministry contexts. Whether you’re navigating board tensions, donor relationships, or congregational expectations, this book equips you to lead with both truth and grace—walking faithfully in the light.

Designing the Right Kind of Change

Seeing the Path to Improvement with Tools, Methods, Groups, and Al

Designing Change That Works

Most organizational change fails not because leaders lack intelligence, effort, or tools—but because the change itself is poorly designed. Initiatives move faster than systems can absorb, automation hardens flawed assumptions, and performance declines despite good intentions.

In Designing the Right Kind of Change, Mitch Sayers reframes improvement as a design discipline rather than a sequence of initiatives. Drawing on decades of experience across engineering, manufacturing, and applied technology, he shows leaders how to identify what actually constrains performance and how to shape change that fits organizational reality—structurally, operationally, and humanly.

This book offers a clear, practical framework for executives and managers seeking durable improvement without disruption. It is written for leaders responsible not for ideas, but for outcomes.

German Translation: “Oneness”

Mitch Sayers – 10 December 2025

It is a question that really sits at the crossroads of theology, translation science, and German linguistic nuance. The short answer: “Einzigkeit Gottes” is almost always the better technical translation for the Oneness of God in the sense used by Oneness Pentecostalism, while “Einigkeit Gottes” can be misleading even though it sounds close to the English word oneness.
